NHP Foundation closes financing on The Bella affordable housing development in Frisco, Colorado
The NHP Foundation announced the successful financial closing of The Bella, a 52-unit affordable housing community in Frisco, Colorado, its first Low-Income Housing Tax Credit project in the state and second development in Frisco. The financing package includes 9% Federal LIHTCs, Colorado State LIHTCs, construction financing from U.S. Bank, permanent financing from Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust, and grants from the Colorado Division of Housing, alongside a public-private partnership with the Town of Frisco.
