Los Angeles Times reporting described lawsuits and allegations from former employees and members involving sexual harassment, misconduct, discrimination, racism, retaliation, gender imbalance, and institutional governance. The Academy said an external law-firm investigation had identified serious, broad-ranging issues and that corrective recommendations were being implemented.
