Edelson Lechtzin LLP announced it is investigating data privacy claims and a potential class action arising from a data breach at The Asthma Center, in which an unauthorized actor accessed the practice's systems between October 28 and November 17, 2025, potentially compromising names, dates of birth, health insurance member numbers, provider names, and medical, clinical, diagnostic, prescription, and treatment information.
