Detention of Terara Network journalists
Tamerat Negera was detained by Ethiopian authorities for an extended period without charges, while two other Terara Network journalists were also reportedly arrested by Ethiopian police. Negera was subsequently released on bail by order of the Supreme Court of Oromia.
