China Grand Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Holdings Limited signed a A$400 million licence and strategic commercial partnership with Telix Pharmaceuticals. The agreement grants China Grand Pharma exclusive development and commercialisation rights to Telix's specified diagnostic and therapeutic products in Greater China.

Telix announces agreement to acquire TheraPharm
Telix Pharmaceuticals announced that it had entered into an agreement with Scintec Diagnostics to acquire TheraPharm GmbH, a Swiss-German biotechnology company.
