European Commission investigation into E-Plus remedy compliance
The European Commission issued a statement of objections alleging that Telefónica Deutschland may not have complied fully with commitments made during approval of the E-Plus acquisition. The issue concerned whether competitors received the best prices for access to the company's 4G network.
