CCI investigates allegations involving Tata Motors

India’s Competition Commission of India (CCI) was conducting a preliminary investigation into a dealer’s allegations that Tata Motors, Tata Motors Finance and Tata Capital Financial Services colluded while promoting dealer credit and violated regulations. Tata Motors said it had applied to the CCI and would support it; Tata Capital Financial Services denied the allegations and said it would support the investigation.
