Barker-Homek employment lawsuit
Former chief executive Peter E. Barker-Homek sued TAQA, alleging breach of contract and claiming that he had been dismissed after raising concerns about alleged fraudulent and unethical practices. A Michigan district court dismissed the case in 2011.
