Fraud convictions of senior officers

2004
T5PC bankruptcy and reported member losses
The November 2004 bankruptcy left a large number of members exposed to losses. Public accounts cited between roughly 50,000 and 70,000 members and claimed losses of up to NOK 1 billion, making the collapse one of Norway's most prominent reported economic fraud cases.
