SVM Aditya Homes' Tech Homes Project Fined by TSRERA

The Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TSRERA) imposed penalties on real estate projects for violating RERA provisions, including selling properties without RERA registration and collecting more than the permitted amount without a sale agreement. Among the penalised projects was SVM Aditya Homes' Tech Homes project, which was fined for sales made without RERA registration and without obtaining HMDA approvals. The same enforcement action also covered AV Infracon Pvt. Ltd.'s AV's East Residency and AV's West Heights projects, fined for sales without RERA registration, and Adhuri Infra, penalised for collecting 25 per cent of sale consideration without executing a sale agreement.
