Suzlon Energy completes debt restructuring
Suzlon Energy said it had completed its debt restructuring after meeting lender conditions, including a capital infusion of Rs 392 crore by promoters. The restructuring reduced the company’s term debt and changed the composition of its remaining secured consortium debt.
