StreamBank appoints Barry Carter as CEO
Specialist lender StreamBank announced the appointment of Barry Carter as its new CEO, effective from 14 December 2026. Carter joins from Hinckley & Rugby Building Society, where he currently serves as chief executive, and will succeed Mike Kirsopp, who is retiring after leading the lender for just under three years.
