Delayed profit-warning case
The Helsinki Court of Appeal found that two board members and a former chief executive had failed through gross negligence to issue a profit warning in a timely manner. The case related to differences between profitability expectations presented in 2000 interim reports and the company's actual condition. The Helsinki District Court had dismissed the claims in 2006.
