Tenant allegations over maintenance and property conditions
Hope Baptist Church and Midwest Clearance Centers sued Namdar, alleging breach of contract and failure to provide routine cleaning, landscaping, and common-area maintenance. Additional tenant accounts described rodent problems and persistent plumbing failures. These allegations occurred shortly before the mall's closure.
