Qualcomm and SSW Partners announce agreement to acquire Veoneer
Qualcomm and investment group SSW Partners said they would acquire Veoneer for $37 per share in an all-cash transaction. At closing, SSW said it would sell Veoneer's Arriver technology to Qualcomm and retain Veoneer's other Tier 1 supplier businesses. The deal was expected to close the following year.
