Remote-viewing research
SRI researchers Harold Puthoff and Russell Targ conducted investigations of alleged psychic or remote-viewing phenomena with sponsorship from U.S. intelligence agencies. The work remained controversial and continued until the researchers left SRI in the mid-1980s.
