Gambling Commission penalty for compliance failings
The Gambling Commission found anti-money-laundering and social-responsibility failures at Spreadex Limited. In May 2025 it imposed a £2.022 million penalty package, issued a warning and added a third-party-audit requirement to the company’s operating licence.
