Khmer antiquities documentation investigation
Prosecutors and investigative journalists examined Spink's historic relationship with Douglas Latchford, who was accused of falsifying documentation connected with Khmer antiquities. Latchford was indicted, but Spink & Son as a separate entity under new management was not charged.
