CFO tax-evasion case and corporate bankruptcy
CFO Robert Bertrand was charged with failing to pay Medicare, Social Security, and federal taxes dating from 2010. The company entered bankruptcy later in 2017, closing its physical locations and selling its assets. Bertrand later pleaded guilty and was sentenced to nine months in prison.
