    South Korea's antitrust regulator said it decided to fine SK Telecom and its IPTV subsidiary SK Broadband a combined 6.4 billion won for hampering market competition. The regulator said SK Telecom unfairly supported SK Broadband from 2016 to 2019 by paying retailers sales fees that the subsidiary should have borne, and planned to order the companies to correct the practice.
