    On March 10, 2021, the Shanghai Baoshan District Environmental Monitoring Station sampled the main wastewater discharge outlet at the Dachang plant of Shanghai Aircraft Manufacturing Co. The daily average total nitrogen reached 91.8 mg/L, exceeding the concentration limit stated in the pollutant discharge permit, in violation of Article 17 of the Regulations on the Administration of Pollutant Discharge Permits. In May 2021, it was fined RMB 200,000 (Hu 0113 Huan Fa [2021] No. 13).
