SetpointHQ is led by Andy Pirie, who has twenty years inside recruitment marketing, in-house and agency, across healthcare, social care, logistics, retail and light industrial. The company exists to close the gap between the tools available to in-house practitioners and the complexity of the job, and the agencies offering to help were marketing generalists running recruitment as a sub-discipline. Three product families address it at three engagement shapes: tools for the people doing the work, consulting for the teams building the function, and AI visibility tracking for the brands whose human-era reputation hasn’t caught up to the AI-era one.
