Seminole–Power Plant contract dispute
The Seminole Tribe sued Power Plant Entertainment, challenging the original developer compensation arrangement and arguing that its payment obligations were excessive and unlawful. The dispute was settled in 2007, with the parties withdrawing their claims.

Trump–Cordish development litigation
