Withdrawal of Selsun 7 Flowers and Selsun 7 Herbal over 1,4-dioxane test findings
PT Rohto Laboratories Indonesia announced the withdrawal of all batches of Selsun 7 Flowers and Selsun 7 Herbal after differing laboratory results concerning 1,4-dioxane contamination. The company stated that more than 96% of the products had been withdrawn, affected products would be destroyed, consumers could request exchanges and reformulated products were being prepared for regulatory review. Rohto said other Selsun shampoo variants were not affected according to its announcement.
