Pfizer and Seagen receive required approvals for acquisition
Pfizer and Seagen received all required regulatory approvals to complete Pfizer's pending acquisition of Seagen. Pfizer said it expected the transaction to close on December 14, subject to customary closing conditions.

Pieris and Seagen amended their collaboration and entered a clinical trial collaboration
Pieris and Seagen announced a clinical trial collaboration to evaluate combining Pieris' cinrebafusp alfa with Seagen's TUKYSA in a planned phase 2 study. They also amended their existing immuno-oncology collaboration, changing Pieris' co-development and co-commercialization option for one program to a US co-promotion option with increased royalties if exercised.

Daiichi Sankyo files declaratory judgment action against Seattle Genetics
Daiichi Sankyo filed a declaratory judgment action in the District Court of Delaware in a dispute with Seattle Genetics over rights to linker technology used in antibody-drug conjugates, including DS-8201. Seattle Genetics said Daiichi’s filing circumvented the dispute-resolution process in their former agreement; both parties disputed the other’s claims to the technology.
