Sea Grill sues Queen City Quarter landlord and CBRE over lease dispute

Sea Grill LLC filed a complaint in Mecklenburg County Superior Court on Aug. 18 against Queen City Quarter owner 210 East Trade Holdings LLC and CBRE Inc., the property manager for the former EpiCentre site at 210 E. Trade St. The complaint alleges breach of contract and fraud in connection with a lease dispute. The filing names both the property owner and the property manager as defendants.
