Soy-milk price-fixing case
The Fair Trade Commission of South Korea fined Sahmyook Foods 1.5 billion won for price fixing. The cited source placed the case within a concentrated soy-milk market in which Sahmyook Foods, Dr. Chung's Food, and Maeil Dairies were said to account for 82 percent of the market.
