Cam Ranh former-employee borrowing case
Khanh Hoa provincial investigators prosecuted four former employees associated with Sacombank’s Cam Ranh branch and transaction office. They were accused of privately borrowing money from customers and other individuals. Sacombank dismissed the employees, appointed replacements, reported the matter to the relevant State Bank of Vietnam branch, and referred it to investigators.
