Allegations of political interference in RTK management
RTK Director-General Agim Zatriqi left his position while alleging interference by the ruling party in the broadcaster's management. A European Broadcasting Union representative subsequently expressed concern that government pressure could undermine RTK's editorial independence and public-service function.
