Rotor X Chapter 11 proceeding
Rotor X filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in Arizona in October 2023. The case was dismissed later that month and the proceeding was closed in November. The filing occurred after RotorWay had ceased operations and is therefore part of the successor's history.
