Apple state-aid tax ruling dispute
The European Commission alleged that tax rulings issued by the Irish authorities to Apple created an unlawful state-aid advantage and ordered recovery of approximately €13 billion. Revenue, Apple and the Irish Government disputed the finding. The EU General Court later annulled the Commission's decision.
