Customs and export-refund allegations involving CIADEA
Argentine customs authorities accused CIADEA and Manuel Antelo of irregular vehicle and parts transactions involving Uruguay. Prosecutors alleged that the arrangements improperly obtained export refunds and tax exemptions. The case moved through several court decisions before being dismissed in 2006.
