Labor-law and union-busting allegations
Workers and labor advocates accused REI of anti-union conduct, including captive-audience meetings, anti-union communications, retaliation, changes to working conditions without consultation, and failures to bargain in good faith. These allegations followed organizing victories at several stores.

NRA-related product boycott
