Allegations concerning Windows-derived code
A developer alleged that some ReactOS code had been copied or derived from disassembled Microsoft Windows binaries. The project temporarily restricted repository access, clarified its clean-room reverse-engineering rules, and conducted an internal audit. ReactOS said the disputed code had been independently reimplemented and did not publish detailed audit findings.
