ClubRamada trademark infringement judgment
The Delhi High Court ruled against Clubramada Hotels and Resorts Private Limited over use of ClubRamada and related marks. The court granted a permanent injunction and reported damages of ₹10 lakh after finding that the defendants' use infringed Ramada's established trademark rights.

La-Ramada trademark infringement and injunction enforcement
Ramada International brought proceedings in the Delhi High Court against La-Ramada World Private Limited and related parties over use of La Ramada marks, a hotel name and domain names. The court had issued an interim injunction and later recorded continued use in breach of that order, leading to additional enforcement measures.
