Management and advertising-software irregularities
RTC faced allegations of negligence and poor management connected with its previous governing council. The breakdown of an advertising-software transition forced manual commercial insertions and was associated with a reported failure to provide approximately 700,000 contos to clients between July and December 2000. Employees reported irregularities to RTP leadership in August 2002.
