Rabobank's repossession of a Taranaki dairy farm led to criticism and media coverage concerning an alleged refusal to negotiate refinancing, the timing of the removal, treatment of livestock, disputed Māori land conditions and an altercation involving journalists and receivers. The property was sold in May 2013.
