The lawsuit, which was filed April 24 in Superior Court in Union County by QuickChek's attorney, Chrrstopher John Stracco of Day Pitney, claims the ordinance violates the rights guaranteed to the Whitehouse Station-based corporation under the New Jersey Civil Rights Act.
