Quandary Peak Research introduces CogniCrypt for AI-generated malware detection in M&A due diligence

Quandary Peak Research announced it is incorporating CogniCrypt, an AI-generated malware detection framework developed by its experts, into its technical due diligence approach for mergers, acquisitions, and technology investments. The framework, described in a peer-reviewed paper accepted at CRIS 2026, combines concolic execution, LLM-guided analysis, and deep learning, and reported 97.5% detection accuracy on AI-generated malware samples.
