Quadrel Realty Group, the Chicago-based landlord of The Brentwood Apartments in Minneapolis, was fined $750 per day after a judge found it willfully failed to comply with a 2025 settlement agreement with The Brentwood Tenants Union that required repairs and rent credits. The company now owes the tenants union more than $100,000.
