Alleged labor abuses on Khalifa International Stadium refurbishment
Amnesty International reported that workers interviewed in connection with refurbishment of Khalifa International Stadium described labor abuses, including alleged passport confiscation. The project contractor was a partnership involving a Besix subsidiary and Midmac Contracting, which was identified as a QIPCO subsidiary.
