IQVIA acquired Quest Diagnostics’ 40 percent minority share of Q2 Solutions for $760 million, resulting in IQVIA owning 100 percent. Quest Diagnostics was to remain Q2 Solutions clients’ strategic preferred laboratory provider under a multi-year agreement.
