Knife attack on a Publico volunteer
On 2 May 2019, an attacker stabbed a volunteer in the back of the head with a kitchen knife inside the bookstore. The victim survived. Le Monde libertaire disputed the level of media attention and criticized the handling of the investigation and the decision not to classify the attack as terrorism.
