Precision Fuel & Hydration

Precision Fuel & Hydration was launched in 2011 by Andy Blow, who has a degree in Sport and Exercise Science and was a regular podium finisher in elite short course triathlon racing. The brand offers a range of energy gels, drink mixes, chews, and electrolyte supplements, and provides personalised fuel and hydration plans. It is an official partner for athletes and has a team including a CEO and sports scientists.

Precision Fuel & Hydration was launched in 2011 after years working with elite athletes and technology partners. Founder Andy Blow, who has a degree in Sport and Exercise Science, suffered from cramping and hyponatremia despite following widely accepted hydration advice. With the help of Dr Raj Jutley, he developed the concept of Precision Fuel & Hydration. The company gained exclusive access to patented Sweat Testing technology and developed its own range of electrolyte supplements because existing products were not strong enough for serious athletes.
