"100% Natural" labeling lawsuit
A proposed class action alleged that certain Polar seltzers labeled "100% Natural" contained synthetic compounds. The case was dismissed in July 2025 because the complaint did not identify the tested products and establish that they represented the products at issue with adequate specificity; an amended complaint was permitted.

Coca-Cola advertising dispute
Coca-Cola challenged a Polar commercial that portrayed a polar bear rejecting a Coca-Cola can as environmentally impure. A federal court granted an injunction and required Polar to modify the advertisement.
