Personal Genomics Taiwan, Inc. (PGI) filed a complaint against Pacific Biosciences of California, Inc. (PacBio) in U.S. District Court, alleging that PacBio's Sequel and Sequel II products and related commercialization activities infringe claims of PGI's U.S. Patent No. 7,767,441.
