Cenovus agrees to sell 337 Husky gas stations
Cenovus reached agreements to sell 337 gas stations in its Husky retail fuels network to Parkland Corporation and Federated Co-operatives Limited for $420 million in cash. The transaction was expected to close in mid-2022, subject to regulatory approval and other customary closing conditions.

Parkland USA agrees to acquire Red Carpet Carwash
Parkland Corporation, through its U.S.-based subsidiary Parkland USA, entered into an acquisition agreement with North Dakota carwash and retail business Red Carpet Carwash. The deal includes 12 locations and five dealer sites and was expected to close in the third quarter of 2021.
