Capote Trust sues Paramount over Breakfast at Tiffany's rights
Lawsuit filed
A charity established by Truman Capote took Paramount Pictures to court over rights relating to sequels, prequels or television adaptations of Breakfast at Tiffany's. The charity argued that the rights should have reverted to it after the agreement expired without a film being produced during the specified term.
Source excerpt
