In 1985, it signed a sales agency agreement with Altera. In 1998, its shares were registered over-the-counter with the Japan Securities Dealers Association. In 2004, it was listed on the JASDAQ Securities Exchange. In 2006, it signed a sales agency agreement with AMD Xilinx. In 2021, Lester Holdings acquired 88.37% of its shares, and it became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lester Holdings in September 2021. In 2023, it moved its headquarters to Minato-ku, Tokyo.
