On October 7, 2026, eFormed Ventures announced it acquired the Outdoor Life media brand from Recurrent Ventures. eFormed said it will integrate an AI-native marketplace powered by its proprietary Resonance 2.0 AI search, discovery and pricing technology, and intends to retain all existing editorial and operations staff.
